Tim is an experienced Law Enforcement training professional with a demonstrated history of 20+ year's experience in the public sector in training, supervising, coaching, and developing both adult and youth learners throughout the United States. Currently a Master Instructor for Command Sourcing Inc., ARC Tactical and Safe Restraints Inc./SRI Shield. Combined together they are the industry leader in providing technology consulting for cutting edge products and services to the law enforcement and the corrections community. Tim strives every day to fulfill his mission to Reduce Risk by lowering liability and Preserving Human Life! Daily, he continues to pursue his mission in life, which is to bring recognition and respect to every one of America’s Law Enforcement Professionals across the United States. Tim is honored to give back to the law enforcement community by selling Technology, Consulting and On-Site Training that protects all the men and women serving their communities across America. 

Tim spent his law enforcement career with the Idaho Department of Correction and the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office training, supervising, coaching and developing both adult and youth learners in the states of Idaho and Oregon. He was a certified instructor in many disciplines (Master SWAT Operator, Field Training Officer, Lead Defensive Tactics Instructor, ADA County Sheriff Arrest and Control Tactics Instructor, Lead Use of Force Instructor, Lead Tactical Room and Building Clearing Instructor, Lead Cell Extraction Instructor, Lead Mob and Crowd Control Instructor and Certified Scenario Grader). He has traveled all over the United States training all types of Law Enforcement personnel to include Detention Staff in County Jails, Corrections staff in the Prisons, Probation and Parole, State Troopers, Patrol, FBI SWAT and the United States Military. Tim has the training knowledge and skill level to complete any challenge given to him. He has strong leadership qualities and a very hard work ethic.
